Join us from the comfort of your own home for the northwest region's fall teleconference series 'Living Well with MS'. This free educational series will discuss a diverse range of topics for people living with MS, including coping with MS pain, the emotional and physical health of caregivers, and MS research.

The Emotional and Physical Health of Caregivers

The second teleconference in the series will take place on Wednesday, November 6 from 7 to 8 p.m. Maintaining your health and well-being is essential to being able to care for others. Celebrate National Family Caregivers’ Month by learning tips for overcoming physical and emotional exhaustion while providing valuable resources to address the challenges of caring for a loved one living with a chronic illness.
